It is necessary to take the appropriate precautions, i.e., to obtain a Fire NOC from the Fire Department of the specific state in which the said structure is situated, in order to prevent any future mishappening or conflagration that could cause injuries or harm to people or property.

The "Fire Department NOC" (No Objection Certificate) is the seal of approval provided by the state's Fire Department following analysis and inspection of the building's fire protection system and the hardware used for fire security. The installed instrument has to adhere to all BIS-recommended fire safety standards and regulations (Bureau of Indian Standards). Therefore, a Fire NOC is necessary and essential to secure the safety of the two people and the company in the building.

After the complete document verification and inspection from the fire department, based on the on inspection results final approval and NOC will be given.

Duration: The process takes approximately 30 working days after collecting documents.
